What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is the process of immersing and exposing the body to extremely cold air for just a few minutes, triggering the body’s natural healing mechanisms. For whole-body cryotherapy, an individual stands in a closed chamber, with the head exposed, while the temperature drops between negative 200-300°F.

While blood accumulates in your core to keep you warm and your white blood cells are working hard to speed up the healing process, your brain is releasing endorphins and adrenaline. This results in you feeling rejuvenated and more calm.
